Performance validation

Four conditions, 600 frames + 30 warmup frames each: about 42–84 seconds at 60–30 fps. A 12-second quick clip is too short for this comparison; use it for visual review.

Keep glasses visible and this tab active. Interrupted runs are discarded. Results stay here; no automatic screenshots, uploads or clipboard writes. S saves a screenshot separately.
